Thank you for your
purchase of TOP QUALITY GEAR Hard-Use Gear. We appreciate
your business, and hope you are completely satisfied with
your product. Please inspect your product thoroughly for
defects and determine its suitability prior to use. If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be
happy to exchange it an issue you a credit.
TOP QUALITY GEAR allows
10-days after purchase for returns and exchanges of unused
products in resalable condition with original hand tags
intact. TOP QUALITY GEAR will only honor returns or
exchanges on orders placed with TOP QUALITY GEAR.
Returned merchandise
must be in un-used, un-worn, un-carried, un-washed condition
and must include all tags and original receipt.
All returns for exchange
or credit must be accompanied by a valid return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of
the box.
